Our Emerging Leaders Program has been created based on a number of inquiries from Sioux Falls areas businesses. The desire has been to implement training for young professionals that are on the path for leadership.
Most organizations have employees who have leadership potential but are in need of specific leadership training to prepare them for future leadership opportunities.
Emerging Leaders is the perfect course for them.

DEADLINE: Friday, June 28, 2019
The Emerging Leaders program consists of the following program components:
- DISC Assessment
- Five half-day training sessions held over a three-month period of time
- Sessions will be structured around the Strategic Mindset Process – the foundation of the Growth Coach program.
- An exit conference will be held with each participant. This conference will outline the strengths and growth areas for each participant and a Professional Development Plan to guide future professional growth.
- Cost: $1,500
The first session will take place on July 11, 2019 at the Country Club of Sioux Falls from 8:30am – 12:00pm.
All additional sessions will be scheduled based on class size and availability. One on one training is also available.
