The Emerging Leaders program consists of the following program components:
- DISC Assessment
- Five half-day training sessions held over a three-month period of time
- Sessions will be structured around the Strategic Mindset Process – the foundation of the Growth Coach program.
- An individual coaches meeting will be held with each participant. This conference will outline the strengths and growth areas for each participant and a Professional Development Plan to guide future professional growth.
- Cost: $1,500
