Strategic Manager

The Growth Coach’s Strategic Manager program is a one-year continuous improvement coaching and accountability program, delivered quarterly, in which we provide the structure and tools necessary for you take a step back, see the “big picture”, and map your personalized, written strategic improvement plan each quarter. The Strategic Manager program is geared for Leaders, Managers and CEO’s who want to grow their businesses or improve their leadership skills and abilities.

Every 90 days, you’ll escape the stress and distractions of daily life to participate in a full-day workshop in a comfortable and confidential setting with other successful, goal-oriented professionals. These strategic time-outs force you to slow down, think, strategize, and plan – the essential, missing ingredients to achieving greater success.

Participants will go to work on their life, business, and self, both professionally and personally, in a continuous improvement process designed to improve their capacity to generate stronger leadership practices and life results over time.

In addition to the Strategic Mindset® coaching process, our proven leadership curriculum will improve your everyday performance as a leader.
