• DISC Assessment
• Five half-day training sessions held over a three-month period of time
• Sessions will be structured around the Strategic Mindset Process – the foundation of the Growth Coach program.
• An individual coaches meeting will be held with each participant.  This conference will outline the strengths and growth areas for each participant and a Professional Development Plan to guide future professional growth.
