The Growth Coach’s Strategic Manager program is a one-year continuous improvement coaching and accountability program, delivered quarterly, in which we provide the structure and tools necessary for you take a step back, see the “big picture”, and map your personalized, written strategic improvement plan each quarter. The Strategic Manager program is geared for Leaders, Managers and CEO’s who want to grow their businesses or improve their leadership skills and abilities.
Sales Mastery
Sales Mastery is a unique, year-long sales coaching and accountability program specifically designed to provide the on-going behavioral improvements that create lasting sales success. This proven, powerful process catalyzes positive changes in your salespeople that lead to more consistent performance and results.
CEO Roundtable
The Growth Coach CEO Roundtable program is designed for a small group of CEO’s and Business leaders. The group meets once a month for a 90-minute discussion on topics of interest to the group. The interaction is designed to be an “open-forum” on key leadership topics that will provide each participant with a confidential setting to discuss leadership challenges and opportunities.
Strategic Mastery
The Strategic Mastery program is designed for leaders who have participated in other Growth Coach programs such as Strategic Business Owner, Strategic Manager or Sales Mastery. The Strategic Mastery program can be tailored to meet on a monthly or quarterly basis.
One to One Coaching Services
